Construction of Five new Bockwork Lift Shafts within existing Townhouse Structures. Various Slappings and Build-ups throughout, including the Design and implementation of all Temporary Works.
The Slappings comprised openings of various sizes and thicknesess up to 900mm thick and included the temporary proping and alteration of an existing "Vaulted" Ceiling structure. Alterations to the existing External Natural Stone Facade were also carried out, and these included the supply and installation of New Natural Stone Indents.
The Construction of New Basement Walls and an Underground Car Park complete with curved radius Ramp walls was also carried out.
Finaly the restoration of several internal Fireplaces and an "overhall" of the exitsting Arched Structured Entrance Steps to Each of the townhouses completed the project.
